The release of Redfall from developer Arkane Austin, Bethesda Softworks, and Microsoft in May ended up as a major disappointment, and a new report seems to show a lot of issues at the developer.

Following the Redfall launch backlash, Head of Xbox Phil Spencer has revealed that he is disappointed with the state of the game, and has pledged to bring about improvements to Xbox studios.

Today, a leaker posted more than a dozen screenshots from a very early build of Arkane Austin's Redfall. The title looks like it already has a lot of depth in terms of characters and weapons.

Microsoft today officially welcomed ZeniMax Media and its eight studios into Xbox, bringing in development giants like Bethesda, MachineGames, id, and more. Xbox exclusives are planned.
